By accessing CodeVista, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform provides a marketplace for digital assets, SaaS products, and professional freelance services.

Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to create an account and engage in transactions.

All digital products purchased on CodeVista are subject to the specific license terms provided by the vendor. Unless otherwise stated, a standard license grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the asset.

Redistribution or resale of purchased assets is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by an Extended License.

CodeVista utilizes an Escrow System to protect both Clients and Freelancers. Funds for service-based contracts are held by the platform and only released upon milestone approval or project completion.

Fees are deducted from the total transaction amount as specified in our fee schedule. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
